They’re pretty pricey aren’t they? Particularly for what you get. I know that I’ve thought about getting one from time to time, but when I see the price tag I start wondering if I really need one that bad. So far the answer has always been no, perhaps because I have a suitable trailer. But what if you could have a really nice one for $50 or less? It turns out that you can, if you’re willing to do a little work. Kent Hartland has posted instructions on Delphi Forums DIY Cruisers Motorcycle Forums. Not only is his solution cheap, it looks to be much better than anything that I’ve seen for sale. If you’d like to see how it’s done, here’s a link to the PDF that will explain it all.
