BikerCamps.com Advertising Contract

 

Advertiser agrees that all property advertising herein provided is the property of American Research Group, Inc. (ARG). ARG reserves the right to edit or reject advertising, photographs, artwork, or copy; and ARG remains the sole owner of any art, design or photographic work produced by them. ARG’s written permission is required to duplicate this work, and ARG may use any ad appearing in its web site(s) for its own promotional purposes. Advertiser hereby warrants that all materials provided to ARG (artwork, photographs, design, work, copy, logos, etc.) do not violate any state, federal, or local laws as well as any intellectual and/or property rights of third parties. Advertiser agrees to indemnify ARG from all costs, liabilities, claims, and demands resulting from publication of Advertiser’s online advertisement(s).

All advertising (except as stated below) will be paid for in either 3-month, 6-month or annual increments at the rate negotiated between the parties hereof. Campground Enhanced Listings are $120.00 per year and must be paid in full on an annual basis. Please contact us for other advertising options. For example, we will accept text or banner advertising at the top, bottom or right side of each page. Contact us for rates.

The billing cycle will begin on the first day the product appears on BikerCamps.com payable by initial invoice. Pursuant to the terms as above set out, this agreement shall continue on a quarter-to-quarter, 6 month or year-to-year basis at the existing rate until such time as ARG shall give Advertiser a 30-day advance written notice of price change prior to the next billing cycle, or until such time as either party shall give to the other party a 30-day advance written notice, prior to the next billing cycle, of intent not to continue under the terms hereof.

This agreement (i) shall be governed and construed in accordance with Georgia law, without regard to any principles of conflict laws, (ii) may be amended only by a written agreement executed by an authorized representative of each party and (iii) constitutes the complete and entire expression of the parties’ agreement and (iv) shall supersede any and all other agreements between the parties. The undersigned warrants that he/she is authorized to execute this agreement for the Advertiser and the property owner as indicated within this application.
